Next to the family room is a bedroom with a Single bed and a Queen. Upstairs is the main living room, cheerful and sunny, opening to dining room and kitchen. Beyond is a full length deck BBQ overlooking woods. The master bedroom upstairs has a king and it's own balcony. Includes TV, D/W, W/D, microwave.
When you make an Online Booking two or more months in advance, we will
charge 50% when the booking is made and the 50% Balance 30 days before your
check-in date.
On Bookings made 30 days or less in advance, the full amount will be charged
at the time of booking.
On Xmas / New Year Holiday Bookings made in advance, 50% will be charged at
the time of booking and the 50% balance owed will be charged 60 days before
check-in. If the booking is made less than 30 days in advance the full amount will be
charged.
The Security Deposit is charged 2-3 days before you check-in and credited
back to your credit card within 10 working days.
