We have a Permanent Rental Program where we find the tenant, collect the rents, supply workmen if needed, weed abatement services, handle all security deposits and legalities involved with a Permanent rental. We charge 10% of all rents collected. If you want us to find the tenant and then you take over from there we charge a flat $500.00 fee.
