The cost for the Prestige Management Program is $99.00 per year. This program includes the ability to supply services for all your needs, safety checks on the property, 2 opens and 2 closes (a $60.00 Value) and 2 key pick ups (a $20.00 value) Also from this program we can set up just about anything, snow plowing, weed abatement, plumbing, heating, carpet cleaning handy men, spa services, contractors, flower delivery, and cleaning. General cleaning fee’s run between $45.00- $150.00 depending on the size of the home. Deep cleaning and spring-cleaning can also be arranged and start at $100.00 and go up to $500.00. The key service is available for your guests to obtain keys if needed and is a 24-7 service $10.00 per key. An open is the home prepared for an arrival some lights on, water on, heat turned up, water heaters turned up, etc. A close is just the opposite lights off, water off, heat turned down, water heaters turned down, etc. Snow plowing usually runs around $35.00 and is only done on your request.
