Q: Where do I pick up the keys?
A: Come to our office at 41348 Big Bear Blvd #4, between 3:00 & 5:00 PM to check in, We are across the street from Burger King. Late check-ins after 5:00 PM goes to ALL PROTECTION ALARM. Located at 41937 Big Bear Blvd. in the Summit Plaza, the 3rd drive way East of the signal at Summit and Big Bear Blvd. There is a $10.00 after hours key pick up fee that will be taken out of your deposit. |

Q: What do I need to bring?
A: Bring your own Linens. Top sheets, bottom sheets, pillow cases and all of your own towels. Dish towels, bath towels , wash cloths etc. You can also order linen service please contact us prior to your arrival. Supply your own firewood you can also have wood delivered to the cabin prior to your arrival.Trash bags, Paper towels, Toliet paper |

Q: What kind of shopping is in the area?
A: Vons, Stater Bros, K- Mart, Save-ons, Rite-aid, 3 Starbucks, all kinds of Mom and Pop shops in the village About 100 different eatery’s and 7 gas stations |

Q: Do I need tire chains?
A: It is a necessary to carry chains during the winter season even if they are not required. Highway patrol can stop you to make sure they are in your vehicle. Even with 4 wheel drive. Other things to carry in the car during snow storms to be prepared are a blanket.( for laying on the cold wet icy ground to put the chains on or to keep warm) Shovel ( to dig out the guy 3 cars in front ofyou that blocking traffic so that you can get past him), cat litter( for traction) and some food and water sometimes it is a long wait to get through the chain check points. |

Q: How do I get my cleaning deposit back?
A: You can choose to do some of the cleaning, all of the cleaning or none of the cleaning its up to you. Any cleaning that we are required to do after your departure, we will deduct from your deposit. Expected cleaning as is follows....
Remember where you got things from so you can return them. Put all spreads, blankets and, pillows back on the beds. Vacuum all rooms, close all windows. Bathrooms need to be clean with the cleaning products provided thoroughly!!!!! Even if you "just showered" the tub must be scrubbed. Make sure no hair or tooth paste remains, on sink or faucet. Raise the seat of the toilet, and clean surface, in side and out. Clean mirrors, shake rugs, mop floors. Stove, microwave, fridge, all need to be clean. Wipe up spills in oven, remove all your food from fridge. Empty grounds from coffee maker, remove crumbs from toaster. TAKE YOUR TRASH TO THE PUBLIC DUMPSTER SITE ON MAP!!!!!! There is a minimum charge of $25.00, and up, to remove trash left and cabin. Any thing left undone, will be done by the cleaning crew and paid for by YOU!!!!!! If you choose to have the cleaning done for you it could cost as little as $25.00 and as much as $500.00 depending on the size of the house. Trash pick up and dishes are an extra charge. DO NOT REMOVE THE ASHES FROM THE FIRE PLACE, We'll do that at no charge. |

Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: There is a $50.00 non-refundable fee for each dog (if dogs are allowed at the cabin, some cabin's do not allow pets.) If you bring pets with out our permission you will loose your entire security deposit. |
